Plot summary

Aditya Verma, affectionately called Adi Chachu or Adi Uncle (Shahid Kapoor) by the offspring of his sibling, lives in a vast chateau in Mumbai with his sibling (Mohnish Behl) who has a drinking issue, sister-in-law, sister and grandma. He is the one and only working in the crew. He begins to look all starry eyed at an educational cost educator, Priya (Amrita Rao). They admit their sentiments to one another and plan to get hitched. In any case, while going to work to go to an essential meeting, Adi is keep running over by a truck to spare (Parth Dave) and passes on.

In existence in the wake of death, he meets the Hindu divine force of death, Yamraj (Sanjay Dutt), a kind-hearted, enthusiastic god with architect garments and a red old auto. On the maxim of Adi, Yamraj permits Adi to do a reversal to Earth as a phantom to stop his shrewd uncle (Prem Chopra) who needs to offer Adi’s chateau to industrialist Hirachand (Sharat Saxena). Adi enrolls the guide of Shakti, a young man who was being brought with Adi to paradise, so as to spare his family home. They then reach at earth yet nobody can tune in, see and feel them. They then meet Fakira bhai B.P.C.M (Arshad Warsi) who gives them energy to touch people as before they were not ready to, then for his family Yamraj comes and gives him energy to see his family for several minutes prior to he takes the them two back—Shakti and Adi. At the point when Adi’s family see Adi, they request that Yamraj take them too, as they would prefer not to live without Adi. Yamraj gets enthusiastic and abandons him to stay with his family and the young man Shakti moreover. One more day when the relatives wake up they feel this was a terrible dream however just Adi and Shakti know reality, that they kicked the bucket and returned to life.
